These blankets are incredibly easy to care for. They resist soiling, odor (they are naturally anti-biotic and anti-microbial), and are hand washable (in warm water using an organic wool wash). Merino is also less likely to pill than other wools, and is able to take in 30% of its weight in water without feeling damp. The material absorbs excess moisture from your baby's skin, keeping them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
Why choose totally organic wool for your baby's blanket? Some 8000 chemicals are known to be used in the modern textile industry. Baby's skin is the most absorbent, and literally drinks in these chemicals. These blankets are made with zero chemicals. And the color of the blanket is the natural color of the wool.
